All returns, cancellations or exchanges are subject to 25% re-stocking fee. Re-stocking fee does not apply if returns or exchange is a result of an NYC Dashes Inc. error.

Products returned to the company without a return authorization number will be refused by the company. Refund/Exchange authorization number must be visible on the packaging box.

The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the Refund/Exchange authorization number issued date.

Please Note: Custom products are non-refundable. All Real Carbon Fiber  and Solid Colors are considered custom work.
