The dash kits we manufacture are covered by a 30 day no hassle, money back guarantee. This means if you are for any reason unhappy with your dash kit, simply contact us within 30 days to return it.
In order to return a dash kit to us, the following conditions must be met.
- You must make your claim within 30 days of receiving your dash kit and,
- All products must be in perfect condition, in the original package and if you are going to return car interior or exterior kit, 3M adhesive tape must not have been removed.
Important Notes:
Shipping charges are NON refundable.
Any custom made products are non-refundable. Any partially installed kits are non-refundable (real carbon fiber kits and solid colors are considered custom products.

A new product or components will be shipped to you once the defective product has been returned and inspected by our staff.
Please contact us at 1-866-NYC-TRIM to request a return or exchange authorization number. Any packages sent without a Refund/Exchange authorization number will not be accepted. The Refund/Exchange authorization number must be visible on the packaging.
